Personal training offers you the very best opportunity to get the most out of your fitness program through one to one interaction between the personal trainer and client.
Following an initial welcome meeting to discuss your health and fitness goals and experiences, I will devise a bespoke training program that can be completed in your home or local park, at your office or in any location that suits you. Whilst each session will be challenging, you will have fun and will be highly motivated to achieve the best you can.
Your personal training program will include suggestions on what exercise you can do between your 1:1 sessions and you will receive nutritional advice in order to maximise your progress and ensure you get the results you want. Most importantly, you will be fully supported in adopting an exercise regime that becomes part and parcel of your every day life.
If you prefer to train with a partner or friend, I can plan a program which is suitable for pairs. This is particularly great if you struggle motivating yourself to get out of the door to exercise. By training with another person you can help and encourage each other both inside and outside of the sessions.
